PRODUCT
We make every effort to ensure the product colours, finishes and descriptions are as accurate as possible on our website. However due to constraints of digital reproduction as well as the handmade nature of some of our products, we cannot guarantee exact depiction and variations may occur.
We also cannot accept any responsibility for any discrepancy in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
ORDERS
Payment for orders is made at the point of sale, and not at the point of despatch or delivery. By making a purchase, you specifically authorise Someday Designs to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, Someday Designs cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. Please supply us with a telephone number and/or email address so that we can get in touch with you if there is a problem with your order.
FURNITURE ORDERS
As outlined in our Deliveries & Returns Page large pieces of furniture, including sofas, tables and shelving units, are sold with the agreement that the item will fit into the customer’s chosen room. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the item they are purchasing will fit through the access doors and corridors and into the chosen area.
If we attempt to make a delivery on the delivery date/time slot that you have accepted and no one is present to receive the goods or the goods do not fit, necessitating a repeat delivery, you will incur a repeat delivery charge. This must be paid prior to the redelivery.
If your goods remain at our warehouse for more than four weeks, during which time you fail to accept delivery/redelivery (despite Someday Designs having contacted you to do so), you will incur storage charges of £15 per week. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
We endeavour to despatch all orders, where an item is stocked, by the end of the following working day. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact our team as soon as possible by emailing hello@somedaydesigns.co.uk detailing your name and order number. Please note that there may be occasions when a cancellation request is received after an order has been processed and despatched. If your order has already been despatched then please follow our returns policy as detailed on the Delivery & Returns page.
SOMEDAY DESIGNS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US IF:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- We are not able to deliver to your area
- One or more of the products you have ordered has a pricing, description or technical issue
WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.
DISCOUNT CODES DISCLAIMER
Discount codes issued can only be used until their expiry date. The offer can only be used once against a purchase and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer such as free delivery, products reduced in price, sample sale or seasonal sale.
SALES DISCLAIMER
During sale periods, stock levels may be very low. We update the website throughout the day but if a product sells out before an update is made, our office will notify you within 3 working days and either backorder/fulfil the order or refund the card.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy rights and recognise the importance of protecting the information we collect about you. The information you provide allows us to process orders efficiently; and to alert you to new products, special offers and news relating to Someday Designs. We will never share your information with parties outside our organisation and delivery team (except if required by law, court order or law enforcement authority).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By using this site, you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the goods supplied, including copyright, design rights and trademarks belong to Someday Designs. All designs, text and images of Someday Designs products provided on the website are protected by copyright and may be reproduced only on websites which provide links to www.somedaydesigns.co.uk and where the material is clearly credited to Someday Designs, or otherwise only by the written permission of Someday Designs.
LEGAL DECLARATION
Someday Designs total liability for any claim, regardless of how it has arisen, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Someday Designs to the customer. Someday Designs shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way. Someday Designs cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
ETHICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DECLARATION
We endeavour to use environmentally friendly and recycled packaging for our deliveries, however on occasion, to ensure the product reaches you intact we have to make exceptions.
We source our products from design partners around the world who are committed to great quality and design whilst providing a healthy and fair environment for their workers. Many are small businesses who bring valuable employment and a fair income to the local community.
